Understanding Style Differences is a new product from the publishers of Prevue
Assessments. Utilizing the valid & reliable Prevue Assessment as its
foundation, USD allows you to gain a greater understanding of potential sources of
interpersonal frustrations and difficulties. It is comprised of 3 programs, which
can be implemented together or as stand-alone components. USD can be integrated
into any company's existing HR programs for team-building, leadership or dealing
with conflict. USD programs are available for Individuals, Groups or Managers.
Facilitator's Training Program: This train the trainer program includes a full support and
reference kit required for in-house delivery of the Understanding Style Differences programs. This
Facilitator's Training Program includes:
- Unlimited access to the online USD Training Program
- Three pre-scheduled webinar training modules
- Facilitator's Guide and Sample Program Binders for all single programs
- Full administrative and interpretative support for Prevue Assessment
Facilitator's Manual Only: Facilitator's Guide only from the above Training Program.
Individual Program: A half-day program to heighten employees' insights into their preferences for
interacting and working with others; delineates the ramifications of those preferences and communications
styles on relationships with others. The Individual Program requires participant Individual Program
Binders and Prevue Assessment (Personality Only) Reports.
Group Program: A full day program analyzing the impact of each individual member's preferences and
communications style on the success and effectiveness of the group as a whole. The Group Program requires
participant Group Program Binders and Prevue Assessment (Personality Only) Reports.
Manager's Program: A full day program that strengthens leadership skills by increasing awareness of
the interaction of a manager's personal style with his/her direct reports and the impact of their collective
style on other teams and the organization as a whole. Resulting data for the Manager and up to 5 direct
reports is analyzed and returned in a completely customized guidebook. A facilitator will debrief the manager
and provide personalized comparisons of each team member. The Manager's Program requires Prevue Assessment
(Personality Only) Reports.
